Strategic Dimensions is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Odoo projects. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute Odoo projects ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality criteria.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and project scope.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams, allocating resources and coordinating efforts for process and system improvements.
- Prepare and present business reports, project proposals, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the new functionalities meet business requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators, preparing and presenting regular status reports.
Must Have
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation or a related field.
- Bachelor’s, Honours, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- A deep understanding of business process optimization and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
