Job Description

Strategic Dimensions is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Odoo projects. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from conception to delivery.

This role is critical to our operations, requiring a mix of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. We are looking for a proactive individual with a "get it done" spirit, who can drive projects to completion while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute Odoo projects ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality criteria.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and project scope.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, allocating resources and coordinating efforts for process and system improvements.
  • Prepare and present business reports, project proposals, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the new functionalities meet business requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, preparing and presenting regular status reports.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s, Honours, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • A deep understanding of business process optimization and data analysis.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
